WIDE VAGINA Vaginal expansion
Embarrassing vaginal farting sounds
No shyness or embarrassment, sexual pleasure will definitely improve.
What is vaginal dilation?
Concern about the size of the vulva and vagina is very common among women. The vulva is the visible part of the female genitalia. It includes the clitoris, labia, and urethra.
This is rarely surprising, as a woman’s feelings about her vagina and vulva are central to her sexual life. Consulting a gynecologist about the issue and getting the necessary tests is not a good idea. However, direct consultation may be difficult for some women for various reasons.
Causes of vaginal dilation 🌹
If a woman doesn’t give birth, it’s unlikely that her vagina or vulva will be very large.
Unfortunately, there’s a very common myth that a woman who has a lot of sex will develop a large vagina. This is simply nonsense!
No matter how much sexual activity occurs, it won’t affect the size of the vagina or vulva.
But what is the effect of childbirth on the dimensions of the vagina? 🌹
Unfortunately, the more children you have, the more likely your vagina will expand. This is due to damage to the muscles and tissues supporting the vaginal walls. The more difficult the delivery, the more severe the damage.
The simple answer is: No, vaginal dilation does not indicate a lack of virginity. This is a common misconception in some societies, but it is not based on any scientific evidence. Vaginal size or elasticity can be affected by several natural factors such as genetics, exercise, stress, or even the use of tampons. Virginity is often associated with the integrity of the hymen, but even this membrane can stretch or tear for non-sexual reasons. Therefore, virginity cannot be judged by vaginal dilation. It is important to spread awareness and correct misconceptions about women’s bodies and virginity.
They can often be prevented by using postpartum exercise packs that midwives and physical therapists can teach.
If the vaginal cavity is too large, this can have the following effects:
1- Intercourse may be less satisfying for you.
2- Intercourse may be less satisfying for your partner
. 3- You may be more likely to experience vaginal flatulence.
4- Bathwater may enter the vagina—although this may not be a health problem.
5- Most importantly, lax ligaments and muscles around the vagina may lead to prolapse (dropping of the uterus and other organs) in midlife or later.
If the vagina is excessively wide and loose, you can do the following:
1. Promptly tighten your vagina by doing pelvic floor muscle exercises (Kegel exercises). Any midwife, nurse, physiotherapist, or doctor can teach you how to do this.
You will need to do it for six months intensively in order to get much improvement.
Here’s a starting point:
Tighten the muscles at the edge of your lower body – as if you were trying hard to:
1- Stop yourself from urinating
2- Hold this contraction for 10 seconds
3- Relax for 10 seconds
4- Contract again for 10 seconds
2. See a gynecologist to discuss the possibility of a tightening procedure, which can reconstruct the weakened pelvic tissue and tighten the loose vaginal walls.
If the vulva is large, many women are very concerned about the appearance of the vulva – feeling that it is ‘too big’ or that the labia are too long, or that something sticks out unevenly.
These days, they are often influenced by misleading views as a result of pornographic videos or magazines.
It is recommended that you visit a family planning clinic – because the doctors there are used to dealing with this type of anxiety all the time. You can often be reassured that it is, in fact, normal.
But if there is truly an abnormality, it can be corrected surgically, performed by a gynecologist or plastic surgeon.
Since the beginning of this century, these operations have become increasingly common. However, a high percentage of them are performed in the private sector.
Vaginal tightening with laser 🌹
– Continue contracting and relaxing like this for a full five minutes. 6- Repeat four times daily .
With the advancement of science and technology and its integration into the world of cosmetic surgery, we have begun using lasers in vaginal tightening procedures. This procedure focuses on tightening the vagina by applying thermal heating (heating) to the layers of the vaginal tissues inside and the fibers that comprise them, such as collagen. This stimulates the elastin and collagen tissues to contract and re-tighten, stimulating their continuous, long-term regeneration. This procedure is usually performed in a gynecologist’s office and lasts no more than 10 to 15 minutes. The patient feels no pain and requires no anesthesia. Its results are very positive and long-lasting, and it can also treat other medical conditions such as urinary incontinence, vaginal dryness, and postpartum relaxation.
