For the male partner:

Urethral swab for Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Mycoplasma genitalium, Mycoplasma hominis, Ureaplasma, Trichomonas vaginalis, Candida, Treponema pallidum, Haemophilus ducreyi, Herpes Virus types I and II, Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), Genital warts, Hepatitis B & Hepatitis C , Syphillis, HIV I / II, P24 Antigen Assay.
